Dr. Karl Landsteiner
Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research
New York City
Dear Dr. Landsteiner:
I was very much interested in the problems connected with antibodies which you described
to me and also in the possibility that you mention or your coming to Pasadena for
a visit. We would be very glad indeed if you were to find it possible to visit us
here for awhile. Although some work is done here during the summer, many people are
away at that time, and I think that it would be most satisfactory if you were to some
when the Institute is in session, between September and June.
My wife joins me in sending you regards and a cordial
invitation.
Sincerely yours,
Linus Pauling
