Dear Linus
We were all shocked and angry and very sad that you could not come. Is there anything
we can do? At the meeting we did not know for certain that you would not be coming
till near the end when Adrian arrived since it was reported he was in Washington and
trying to extricate you. So the time for immediate protein passed.
But we missed you a great deal in all the discussion and will do anything we can to
make it possible for you to come some other time.
