8. Is it possible to build cities underground that cause protect life and property from the blast force, the radioactivity and the heat cause by the explosion from an A Bomb?
9. Assuming, that homes, factories and cities can be constructed that would withstand all of the effects of A Bombs, could we build enough homes cities and factories to protect all life and property in 25 years? of 50 years? or how long would it take.
