I am very glad to report to you, as Chairman of the Emergency Committee of Atomic Scientists, that the boys of the Central High School of Philadelphia have voted unanimously to contribute $10.00 to your Committee for the third straight year.  I know that you will be heartened by this manifestation of our boys' awareness of the great importance of the problems posed by the atomic bomb and the efforts being made toward their solutions by your committee.
