The Oregon State University Alpha Phi Omega - OSU Chapter Records consist of records generated and collected by the OSU chapter of the national service fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega. The records primarily document activities sponsored by the organization as well as materials related to the National Eagle Scout Honor Society.
Scope and Content Notes
The collection consists of records generated and collected by the OSU chapter of the national service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega and includes annual reports, blank forms/stationary, certificates, completed membership/pledge forms, constitution and bylaws, correspondence, fiscal records, meeting minutes, newspaper clippings, photographs, publications, two scrapbooks, and a poster. Primarily documenting activities sponsored by the chapter such as the "Ugliest Man on Campus" (UMOC) contest, there are also a few items among these records relating to the Knights of Dunamis, the National Eagle Scout Honor Society. The loose photographs not in scrapbooks (63 negatives and 14 prints) mostly depict entries in the UMOC contest.
