The Oregon State University (OSU) Here to Stay Club (HTS) and Dreaming Beyond Borders Resource Center (DBB) Records detail the work of the club and resource center which aim to support undocumented students at OSU and in the surrounding areas. This includes providing resources related to financial aid and professional development; providing education on how to better support undocumented students; and by hosting social events and maintaining a physical space for the students.
The entire collection is digital and available upon patron request.
The HTS and DBB Records consist of materials related to the administration and outreach/community engagement of HTS and DBB between the years of 2017-2024. Despite being separate entities, the materials are included within the same collection because of their intertwined histories and activities. The administrative materials include materials detailing the creation and continuation of HTS and DBB, including proposals, marketing materials, and photographs of the staff and the DBB Resource Center. The outreach and community engagement materials reflect events attended and hosted by HTS and DBB. This includes larger scale events such as national conferences, summits, and symposiums, or smaller events put on for the OSU community, such as social nights, workshops, and "I Stand With Immigrants Day" activities.
The collection consists of two series, with 27 digital folders; the entire collection is digital and available upon patron request.

Related Materials: Related Special Collections and Archives Research Center's collections include the Student Clubs and Organization Records (RG 276), which record other student clubs and organizations. Those that document services and support for non-traditional and minority students at OSU include the Educational Opportunities Program Records (RG 230), Diversity Development Office Records (RG 228), Office of Multicultural Affairs Records (RG 225), and Minority Education Office Records (RG 229). In addition, Centro Cultural César Chávez Records (RG 248) and the Association of Latin American Students Records (MSS ALAS) are collections that represent the activities and experiences of Latino/a students on campus; these collections and the OSU HTS and DBB Records collection are a part of the Oregon Multicultural Archives.
