The Office of Budgets and Planning Photographs collection consists of images taken or assembled for use in administrative polices and procedures handbooks, Finance and Administration annual reports and other publications. The collection also includes photographs of campus buildings, Budgets and Planning staff members, and prints documenting the Total Quality Management Fair including event displays, presentations and awards.

The collection includes is comprised primarily of sets of images that have been grouped together thematically. These groupings are titled as follows: Bandstand Removal; Buxton Hall Roof Flashing Damage; Campus Perspective Map Update; Cordley Hall; Dearborn Hall; Gill Coliseum; Heating Plant Boiler No. 5; Home Economics Auditorium; Library; Weniger Hall; Poling Hall; Reed and Heckert Lodges; Sackett Hall; Utility Tunnel; Waldo Hall; West Hall; photos for use in Handbooks or other Publications; photos for use with Administrative Policies and Procedures; Budgets and Planning Staff; Covered Bridge; Staff at Work; and Total Quality Management.

The collection also includes a composite aerial image of campus and Corvallis; an image of the Radiation Center; and an image of Snell Hall.
