The G. Herbert Fredell Photograph Collection documents student activities, campus buildings, and military education Oregon Agricultural College in 1918-1919. Fredell attended OAC in the late 1910s and early 1920s and graduated in 1924.

This photographic collection consists of photographic prints collected and assembled by Herbert Fredell documenting student activities during Fredell's freshman and sophomore years at Oregon Agricultural College (1918/19 and 1919/20), especially the Freshman-Sophomore Tug-of-War and the initiation of the Vigilance Committee. The collection also includes images of the Student Army Training Corps; ROTC Company E for the year 1918/19, of which Fredell was a member (published on page 350 of the 1920 Beaver); campus buildings; the Corvallis railroad station; and the Corvallis Baptist Church.
