The yearbook documents the programs and activities sponsored by the Westminster Association as well as the student leaders of the Association and participants.
The photographs include a 1947 group photograph of Voigts with other members of the Fellowship Committee and a 2012 color print of Voigts (now Shirley A. Wilson) near her home in Hawaii in 2012. In addition to the group photo, Voigts is represented in two other images included in the yearbook.
Shirley Ann Voigts, from Mill Valley, California, attended Oregon State College in the mid-1940s and earned a BS in Home Economics in 1947. During the 1946-1947 academic year, Voigts served on the Executive Council of the Westminster Association as chair of the Fellowship Committee. Voigts' married name is Shirley A. Wilson.
The Westminster Association offered religious programs and social activities for Oregon State College students in cooperation with the local Presbyterian and Congregational churches. Most of the activities were held at Westminster House on Monroe Avenue, near the campus.
