The J.R. Haag Paper consist of research materials generated by Haag over the course of his tenure working with the Agricultural Experiment Station's Department of Agricultural Chemistry.

Joseph Roy Haag was a professor of animal husbandry and a chemist. He worked with the Agricultural Experiment Station's Department of Agricultural Chemistry from 1927 until his retirement in 1964. His research specialty was animal nutrition.
