Public Health Department Records, 1971-2008

The Public Health Department Records consist of Faculty Meeting Minutes. The minutes include agendas, meeting minutes, memoranda, related correspondence, reports and other materials. The records primarily document the undergraduate and graduate academic programs of the department and, to a more limited degree, facilities and department administration.

An addition to the Public Health Department Records (Accession 2012:022) consists of 12 plaques documenting awards and scholarships received by Public Health and Health Care Administration students. Featuring the names of the honored students, the plaques were produced by the Public Health Department, the OSU Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administration, and off-campus professional organizations such as Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA). Among the awards reflected on these plaques include the Carl W. Anderson Scholarship and the Department Senior Honors Award. One of these plaques recognizes the department for achieving "Full Certified Undergraduate Status" by the AUPHA.
