WI-NE-MA Hotel At the Gateway to Crater Lake National Park and the Lava Beds National Monument Klamath Falls-OREGON

Knew all men by these presents that the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Ass'n of Portland for and in consideration of the permission granted it by the City of Klamath Falls to disinter the remains of two deceased Chinese buried at Linkville Cemetery and whose names are Woo Wy and Wong Tai Chung, hereby releases and by these presents do release unto the City of Klamath Falls the graves left vacant by such disinterments of which the Chinese consolidated Benevalent Ass'n assumes direct and full responsibility and hereby agrees to have such disinterments made in a way that will meet with the approval of and be satisfactory to the sexton of the said Linkville Cemetery.
