At the same time I continue to maintain that the policy of the U.S.A. Congress in using taxpayers' money to develop atomic bomb piles, despite warnings from eminent atomic scientists that such a policy is contrary to the best interests of our own citizens and of world civilization, is an act of intention which jeopardizes the civil rights of every one of us.
