of America, and thus of the United Nations organization I feel it to be my duty to protest against the Russian acts of curtailment of the civil rights of the Czechs by illegal official acts of military force (according to Boston newspapers).  At the same time I continue to maintain that the policy of the U.S.A. Congress in using taxpayers' money to develop atomic bomb piles, despite warnings from eminent atomic scientists that such a policy is contrary to the best interests of our own citizens and of world civilization, is an act of intention which jeopardizes the civil rights of every one of us.
