  Reading list package just arrived.  Today I address a group of ~ 1100 Rural Electrification people - I could give out entire supply of reading list -- I could give it out in 10's of thousands, probably, judging from scheduled talks -- so, if there is response on those attached coupons, please send several thousand more pamphlets.
