Gentlemen:

  Your statement has just reached my desk, and I am clearing all decks to discover just how far-reaching this document may be, in this town.  It is the only sane and hopeful evidence I have seen that, despite madmen, there still may be a vestige of civilization on the globe a thousand years hence.  I consider it the most important news that I have seen, since the atom was split. 

  I should like to post your statement on every bulletin board the world over.  I should further like to see every news-sheet, magazine, movie-house, taken over by any publicity that you might think fit to send out.  Is this an impossible dream?  Can it be done?  I am enclosing my first check for five dollars (it will not be my last) and should like to inquire how I personally may procure more of your Policy for Survival, for further dissemination in this town alone. I am anxious to help in any way possible.
