Dear Mrs. Ray: In reply to your letter of May 8, may I say that I am glad to send you the sum of $33.10. This amount was contributed at an extra offering taken up at the conclusion of our church service, Sunday, April 20. On that Sunday, I delivered an address on the Statement and Purpose relating to the Emergency Committee of Atom Scientists.
Would it be possible for you to send several copies of your literature. We have received several requests for it and would also like to place some in the Church foyer. Would two doze of each be too much? If so, please send whatever you find you can. I certainly hope that we can make some impression upon the people in general.
