Abstract

The Nutrition and Food Management Department Records consist of nutrition research data, review reports, meeting minutes and reprints of journal articles.

Scope and Content Notes

The collection includes nutrition research records pertaining to various projects supervised by Margaret Fincke and Clara Storvick, including vitamin B-6 and child nutrition studies (project 153) . It also includes a review report on the Graduate Program in Foods and Nutrition, as well as minutes from Nutrition and Food Management Department meetings and the OSU Nutrition Task Force. Also held in this collection are reprints of journal articles featuring research conducted by Nutrition and Food Management Department faculty. Among the faculty represented in these articles are: Clara Storvick, Jim Leklem, Margy Woodburn, Jean Peters, Lorraine Miller, Margaret Fincke, Muriel Woodring, Betty Hawthorne, Zoe Ann Holmes and Terry Shultz. Also included in this transfer is a report listing recipients of various reprints.
