Abstract

The University Computing Services Records consist of memoranda, reports, policies, newsletters and procedures documenting the administration and work of the department.

Scope and Content Notes

This collection includes strategic planning records, newsletters, and related documentation. Also included are two University Computing Steering Committee reports: "The Future of Instructional Computing at OSU" (1991) and "Program Improvement Request for Academic Computing" (1986). Also found in this collection are policies and procedures regarding acquisitions of computer-related hardware, software, and services, as well as a memorandum and report sent to various deans, directors, and department heads pertaining to the organization of departmental and campus computer networks.
