The Personnel Coordinating Committee Records consist of minutes and records documenting this committee's oversight of academic guidance and other student personnel activities at Oregon State College. The bulk of the materials pertain to the development of counseling and guidance services at Oregon State through the Counseling and Testing Center.
Series 1 consists of minutes of the Personnel Coordinating Committee and the larger Personnel Council as well as agendas and meeting announcements.
Series 2 includes reports, correspondence, meeting agendas, and related documentation. The reports include a summary report of midterm grade warnings; a 1954 report on the need for clinical and personal counseling services at Oregon State College; and a survey of student counseling services at other colleges and universities..

Acquisition Note: The records were transferred to the Archives in the 1960s and microfilmed in 1967.
