Abstract

The John E. Dever Photograph Collection primarily documents campus views, including buildings and marching band events both inside and outside of Gill Coliseum.

Scope and Content Notes

Along with marching band events, the collection includes images depicting regional non-University events and landmarks such as Marys Peak, a flood in Corvallis in 1961, the Albany Timber Carnival, and the State Capitol building in Salem.

Dever attended OSU and earned a Masters in Botany in 1962.
