The collection includes a Constitution and by-laws for 1927-1928, 1930-1931, 1937 and 1977, as well as a 1962 annual report to the National Interfraternity Council. Also included in this collection are meeting minutes and agendas, scrapbooks, a partial list of OSU Greek alumni, risk management policy information, and IFC Judicial Committee files. Documenting fraternity conduct violations, the Judicial Committee records contain correspondence, memoranda, and police incident reports. The scrapbooks contain photographs and newspaper clippings pertaining to IFC members, events, and other items of concern to the OSU Greek system.
An addition to the collection (Accession 2014:084) consists of materials generated and collected by the OSU Interfraternity Council (IFC) and is made up of bills/resolutions, budgetary statements, a certificate, constitutions/bylaws, correspondence, DVDs, handbooks, meeting minutes, newsletters, newspaper clippings, photographs, posters, publications, sound recordings, and VHS videotapes. In addition to documenting various events organized by the IFC, these records also reflect interaction between IFC and national greek organizations, the management of judicial referrals, tracking of rush/recruitment statistics, and educational programming. Among the events reflected in these files include the annual IFC Sing show during Mom's Weekend, rush "Greek" week activities, and information seminars on safety at Lake Shasta. The 17 VHS Videotapes and 3 DVDs all contain performances recorded at the IFC Sing. The 6 cassette tape sound recordings also mostly contain IFC Sing shows. Numbering 7 prints in total, the photographs are group and composite shots depicting members of the IFC as well as Panhellenic Council.
