Acquisition Note:
The personnel files microfiche jackets were created and maintained by the former University Archives in collaboration and conjunction with the Office of Human Resources, Academic Affairs, and other Oregon State administrative units. As of 2018, they are considered part of the historical archival collections of the Special Collections and Archives Research Center.

Access to these files is restricted due to the presence of confidential information. All requests for access to these materials should be directed to the University Archivist.
