Abstract

The Donald Snyder Scrapbook is comprised of memorabilia documenting Snyder's social and academic life at Oregon State College.

Scope and Content Notes

The Snyder scrapbook includes greeting cards, ticket stubs, decals, dance cards, Associated Students membership cards, grade reports, a driver's license, event programs, photographs, correspondence, newspaper clippings, watercolor drawings, elementary and high school diplomas, and a graduation commencement program. The scrapbook also includes materials pertaining to Snyder's marriage to Martha De Ganna.

Biographical / Historical Notes

Entering Oregon State College in 1934, Donald Snyder studied engineering and was a member of the Theta Chi Fraternity. Snyder graduated with a BS in 1938.
