The correspondence primarily relates to the administration of OSUMA covering topics such as bylaws revision, the selection of officers, membership drives, and the development of workshops and seminars. The professional development records pertain to training programs, workshops, and seminars sponsored by OSUMA and includes brochures, flyers, and correspondence. The photographs portray OSUMA members in meetings and in portrait form. Members featured in these photographs include: Laurel Busse, Karel Murphy, Debbie Jimmerson, Jim Miller, Bob Russ, and Tammy Krieg.
An addition to the Oregon State University Management Association Records (Accession 2003:055) consists of bylaws, correspondence, meeting minutes, membership lists, newsletters, newspaper clippings, photographs, and treasurers' reports. Among the subjects covered in the correspondence include: executive board retreats, the "Our Hero" Award, the OSU Award for Excellence in Service, and the Task Force on OSUMA's Future. The photographs consist of 12 color prints that depict OSUMA-sponsored workshops and special events.
