The Home Economics Club Records document the activities and operations of the Oregon State University (OSU) Home Economics Club. The records are comprised of constitutions, correspondence, financial records, meeting minutes, reports, newsletters, materials from state and national organizations, and scrapbooks.

- Series 1 is comprised of materials documenting the activities and operation of the Home Economics Club. It includes committee reports and meeting minutes; a ledger book, receipts, and invoices documenting the club's financial history; guestbooks and records from annual events such as the Silver Tea and Spring Honors Luncheon; constitutions and handbooks; newsletters; and materials from the American Home Economics Association, the Oregon Home Economics Association, and other state and local chapters. Of particular note are records from officers that include meeting minutes, reports, and other records of the club's operation.

Series 2 includes four scrapbooks documenting the activities of the Home Economics Club and, to some extent, the larger home economics program at Oregon State College. The scrapbooks are comprised predominately of newspaper clippings from the Barometer, OSU's student newspaper, and include articles about events, meetings, demonstrations, honors and awards, and lectures. The scrapbooks also include membership lists, brochures, minutes, and newsletters. The 1944-1949 scrapbook includes 4 photographic prints featuring club members.
The scrapbooks include tipped-in items and/or items that are no longer secured to the scrapbook pages. Many of these items are located at the back of the scrapbooks' folder.
