Scope and Content Note

The collection primarily includes documentation of coursework taken by Schleicher in Forestry and other fields. The bulk of the materials consists of class notes, exams, term papers, and publications relating to the identification and study of trees. There are also photographs of classmates and several pieces of sheet music, owing to Schleicher's involvement in the Glee Club.

Class notes and papers marked with the name "Albert Sliger" were also found in this accession and have been retained as part of the collection.
