InterACTION Project Records, 1994-2002

Scope and Content Note

The records - final reports, e-mail correspondence, flyers, meeting minutes and agendas, newspaper clippings, photographs, survey materials, and wall diagrams and flow charts - document the management of the InterACTION Project and its organization of workshops and conferences designed to train and promote skills in communication and teambuilding among OSU students, staff, and various communities within Oregon.

The collection includes a final report prepared for the completion of the Kellogg Foundation-funded InterACTION Project, a newspaper clipping about the project from the "OSU This Week" newsletter, and a videotape on the project entitled "Project Interaction: Practicing Change at OSU." It also includes correspondence documenting communication between the InterACTION Project and its participants, as well as email correspondence with three listservs: Coaching, Transfrm, and WWG (Working with Groups - also known as the Design Group). All those who had attended Conversational Skills workshops organized by the InterACTION Project were subscribed to the Transfrm Listserv.
