The summary reports were separated from non-permanent records stored in the Registrar's storeroom (and temporarily at the University Records Center from Feb 1999 until Feb 2000). The degree list was printed out from a report on the Banner database. This list was generated in lieu of a printed commencement program list.

Also included in this accession was a sound recording of a speech by President John Byrne that has been separated and described in another accession report as a part of RG 013. Likewise included were materials that have been separated and described in other accession reports as a part of: P 094, PUB 446, PUB 5-32a, RG 018, and RG 163.

A security copy of the microfilmed records will be sent to the State Archives. The Archives and the Registrar's Office will administer joint custody of these records.
