    Restrictions on Access

    The collection is open for research. Six folders of material in Series IX are restricted. Researcher access to these items is limited to summary review by a staff archivist. One folder in Series VII contains records that are sealed and embargoed from access of any kind until 2036.

    Acquisition Information

    The records held in this collection were transferred to the University Archives and the Special Collections & Archives Research Center through dozens of accessions over multiple decades. Two publications, Fighting Aggies (formerly PUB 10-22x) and Athletics Brochures (formerly PUB 53), were removed from the Publications Groups and transferred to RG 007 in 2014.
