Jack Dunitz: He once told me, "don't be afraid to make mistakes, too many scientists are so cautious,
if you're never wrong then you're working in a field which is too easy for you." And
he said, "don't be worried if you make a mistake because there are thousands of scientists
who have nothing better to do than to show that you've made a mistake. If you've got
something that you have some evidence for and you think it's important, publish it."
There's an element of risk. He didn't wait until everything was dead right. In the
case of the famous DNA, his DNA structure of course, he got it wrong.
