  • LP Note to Self, RE: Today Jack Roberts asked LP about retaining some connection with Caltech, and suggested that he be a Research Associate and have an office and a secretary. LP said he'd take the appointment, but did not want a salary, an office, or a secretary. Roberts insisted that LP have an office. LP said that he wanted to keep Dr. Albrecht on the payroll and Roberts objected. LP said that he wouldn't accept the appointment without Albrecht being kept on.
