  • Letter from F.T. Wall to LP, RE: Wall was glad to hear that LP bought a house and that his trip to Paris and Lindau was pleasant. LP's work with UNESCO and his lecturing about the Nobel Peace Prize must have been gratifying. Wall regrets that misunderstandings have arisen in connection with LP seeking an appointment at the University of California. The matter is now in the hands of the Regents.
