  • Letter from Wm. J. Congdon to LP and AHP, RE: Enjoyed visiting with the Paulings yesterday. Encloses a floor plan of General Koenig's house. Noticed that Koenig's floor plan did not include the sliding doors between the kitchen and entry hall and the kitchen and dining room. There are so many conditions still to be discussed that Congdon thinks the Paulings should wait until after their trip to Mexico before deciding whether or not to purchase the Koenig house. The house will probably still be available when they return and Congdon has quite a few other houses to show the Paulings.
