Discusses the fact that scientist can not gain rational control over the weapons they created for the military. Brewer believes that in order to accomplish disarmament and world order they need to get new leaders, who are ‘wise, intelligent, compassionate and who have a world view, not a nationalistic view.’ Brewer says that it might take several generations, but it can be done.
