Watanabe to LP, RE: Watanabe informs LP about some discoveries made by Professor Mizuho Odagiri, published at the meeting of the Japanese Physical Society in Tokyo on April 7th, 1961. Odagiri predicted theoretically that the neutral electron ("actron") and neutral proton ("reactron") should exist phenomenally.
