Watts explains that he asked Mr. Henry to assist Eatherly with the commitment hearing but that the Veteran's Administration told Henry that the court had already appointed counsel, Bill Logue. Asks them their opinions on what should be down if a further hearing is necessary, saying a psychiatrist has not been arranged to evaluate Eatherly. A note to AHP from Elizabeth Tollis tells AHP that if Campion is going to write a biography of Jane Addams then Campion should look at the largest collection of Addam's letters which are at Swarthmore College.
