Bright Wilson that was certainly meant for both LP and Karplus. Encloses copy for LP. Dean Wall mentioned the possibility of LP coming to deliver the Miller lectures. LP suggested that the new loyalty oath had made him doubtful about the lectureship. Encloses the Broyles bill, which might clarify the issue.
