Letter from Linus Pauling to W.H. Freeman. July 14, 1952Pauling writes that he has just received word that he is being issued a passport, and is leaving for Europe on July 16th. He is sending the revised manuscript for General Chemistry, but has not had time to edit it or go over Hayward's illustrations. Pauling states that he will return to Pasadena on September 15th and expects that Mr. Freeman's revisions will be ready by that time. View Transcript
