Letter from Linus Pauling to A.L. Bloomfield. May 21, 1945

Pauling recommends that the wound-healing research conducted by Arthur L. Cohen be continued under the direction of the Committee on Medical Research, funded by an OSRD grant. Because no faculty member at Caltech is willing to act as Responsible Investigator for Cohen's work, Pauling suggests that Cohen be transferred to Columbia University, where other wound-healing research is underway.  View Transcript
