Informs him that they have been billed by the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad Company for a ticket purchased on transportation request OSRD 20, 646 for travel between Madison, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois. Tells LP that his travel voucher indicates that he failed to sign his full name on the original of the travel request.
