Accession 2003:077 documents the department's move from the Kerr Administration Building to the Valley Library and includes depictions of Archives staff, students, and hired movers shelving boxes. Accession 2006:008 includes slides prepared by the University Archives for lectures and presentations on OSU History and the Archives' role in records management. Reproduced from photographs in the Archives' collections, the slides depict campus buildings, university presidents and faculty, student activities, students assisting in agriculture during World War II, Agricultural Experiment Station buildings, exhibits organized by the Archives, and records recovery and preservation at the OSU Mink Farm after a break-in by vandals. Included with the images is a script for a slide presentation to the OSU Foundation Board of Trustees luncheon in 1998. Most of the images are identified by collection and image number.

Accession 2007:001 includes photographs of University Archivist Larry Landis conducting a tour of the OSU campus and speaking at the opening session of a meeting of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Society of Architectural Historians.
