Merton Lane Papers, 1893-1965

Biographical Information

Merton Lane worked as an Entomologist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in the Walla Walla field office in Washington. Heading the USDA's Pacific Northwest Wireworm Project, Lane worked with OSU Entomologist Louis Gentner in the identification of insects.
