The manuscripts are arranged in chronological order by the Stater issue for which they were submitted beginning with the February 1988 issue.
The Alumni Association Records (RG 035) include substantial materials pertaining to the Oregon State alumni magazine. The Archives' holdings also include the Oregon Stater (PUB 3-11a). The George Edmonston Collection documents Edmonston's role as Stater Editor from 1986 until his retirement in 2005. Additional photographs assembled for or published in the Oregon Stater are part of the Alumni Association Records (RG 035) and Photographs (P 017) and the Oregon Stater Photographs (P 195).
